The following terms and conditions apply to all guests staying at Lough Allen Education Centre
Please make yourselves familiar with our standard Terms and Conditions which are clearly laid out below. They are the general small hostel ndustry standard conditions, and are applicable to all parties wishing to stay at our centre.
ONLINE WEB BOOKINGS
Please note that all email bookings are payable fully on arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY requires at least 3 days written notice or email of cancellation prior to your arrival date.
GROUP PAYMENT POLICY
A Group is considered to be any party of 8 people or more. Full payment on arrival.
ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES
Our
check-in time is 2pm and our check-out time is 12am. Guests are expected
to leave their room in a reasonable state and if not may be charged an
extra cleaning fee as deemed appropriate by management.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING POLICY FOR ALL ROOMS
Lough Allen Education Centre has a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking within the building is allowed only in specified areas.
GUEST
BEHAVIOUR
It is the
responsibility of the guest to ensure that his/her behaviour does not
detrimentally affect the comfort or safety of other guests or visitors
in the building. Management has the right to eject guests from the
building if it is deemed that the ir behaviour is inappropriate and any
accommodation charges previously levied will not be refunded.
U18 POLICY
Please Note guests under the age of 18 wishing to stay at centre, may only do so if accompanied by a responsible adult (over 18 years of age).
PROPERTY
On check in all guests will be given linen and keys. These items are the property of The centre and are to be returned on check out. If any item is lost or damaged a charge of €5 for a room key.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
The centre does not accept liability for injury the loss, theft or damage to any guest property however sustained or caused. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that their belongings are secure at all times.
BY MAKING A RESERVATION AND OR CHECKING INTO OUR PREMISES YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
