This Disclaimer will be signed on the first day of any tour that you will be taking part of. It will be signed by yourself and the Lough Allen Centre Representative.

I hereby acknowledge and accept that some of the activities offered by the Lough Allen Centre. while on tour (including but not limited to hill walking/hiking and water based activities) are of their nature dangerous activities. I understand that hill walking should not be attempted without the proper equipment, especially suitable footwear and rain protection. I further understand and accept that many of the activities offered while on tour, including but not limited to hill walking, are physical activities and should not be attempted by people who are not of a suitable fitness. I am not aware of any physical illness/injury/condition that may impact on my ability to safely participate in activities of this type. I understand that I participate in any activities offered by the Lough Allen Centre entirely at my own risk. I will not hold the Lough Allen Education Centre, its Officers or tour guides responsible for any injury, loss or damage to me or to my property during any such activity.

I further acknowledge that from time to time, while on tour with the Lough Allen Centre, activities may be offered which are in addition to those organised by the Lough Allen Centre . These activities include for example, sailing, surfing, horse-riding, sea/water kayaking, and rock-climbing. I accept that Lough Allen Education Centre is in no way responsible for the organisation or management of these activities and I acknowledge that they are wholly run by separate companies or entities. I confirm that I will not hold Lough Allen Centre, its Officers or tour guides responsible for any injury, loss or damage occasioned to me or to my property during any such activity.
