Terms and conditions BOOKINGS are accepted under the terms and conditions detailed below. Placing a booking indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. To confirm a booking, Lough Allen Education Centre will require a non-refundable 10 % deposit. Bookings made by telephone can be confirmed on receipt of the deposit. Your deposit enables us to book space in our timetable, plan for additional staff and arrange your accommodation and other facilities. The balance of course fees will be based on numbers confirmed 2 weeks before the start of the course and will be payable on 30 days terms. There may be cases where we can accept a booking at short notice. In the case of all group bookings, any booking contract will be with the client organisation (or group leader) named on the top of the booking form. Lough Allen Education Centre reserves the right to cancel courses and to change the content of courses at short notice. We may need to do this due to weather and other causes, however it is not something we would undertake lightly. If Lough Allen Education Centre cancels a course, the client will have the choice of transferring the booking to an alternative course, if one is offered, or taking a full refund. After such a refund all liability of Lough Allen Education Centre shall cease. Groups are responsible for the cost of repairs necessitated by damage to equipment and / or property. Group leaders are responsible for a high standard of behaviour and conduct. For small breakage a contribution to the cost of replacement will be required. Lough Allen Education Centre will not be responsible for loss of, or damage to, guests' property at any time. Lough Allen Education Centre will not be responsible for losses or additional expenses caused by delays or changes to transport services, or by sickness, weather or other causes outside our control. Guests' participation in a programme is solely at the discretion of the course leaders. If a guest's behaviour causes injury or risk of injury to any person, Lough Allen Education Centre reserves the right to end that guest's participation in the course.
